RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items. If you purchase an item and it is not in stock we will refund you the difference of the item and ship the items that are in stock. If an item is out of stock the shopping cart will notify you that it will be placed on back order. Items place on back order will be refunded via PayPal after order is processed, or we will mail you a check in that amount.

However if it was a mistake in our part, we do make that exception. Every order is different and if there is a problem contact us directly, to see if we can work something out.
