DATA WE COLLECT:
We require your name and mailing address in order to properly ship your order. We must have your email address and phone number so that we can communicate with you regarding your order. We also use your email address if authorized by you the consumer to send regular product emails.
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items. If you purchase an item and it is not in stock we will refund you the difference of the item and ship the items that are in stock. If an item is out of stock the shopping cart will notify you that it will be placed on back order. Items place on back order will be refunded via PayPal after order is processed, or we will mail you a check in that amount
PURCHASES:
All transactions are made with PayPal. PayPal is a secure method of purchasing online. You can pay with a credit card through PayPal without opening an account by scrolling down to the "pay with credit card" section when you reach the PayPal cart, at the end of the purchasing process. You are encouraged to open a PayPal account, which is free by following the prompts in the PayPal cart or by going to www.paypal.com.
The site is updated everyday with new and restock items. Sometimes things aren't updated fast enough so please be patient.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via USPS. The shipping rates are up to date with the USPS online rates. You can select from the different shipping options that USPS offers. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation number that allows you to track your order using USPS.com. We will email you this number when your order has shipped.
When we drop off our orders to USPS we make sure that the items are in good condition and packaged well. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items after we have dropped them off with USPS.
All orders usually ship the next business day. So if you order on Monday after 3:00pm, your order will ship on Tuesday. If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will ship on Monday. Keep that in mind when your ordering. We drop off to the post office Monday - Friday.
INSURANCE COVERAGE: (OPTIONAL)
Security is key when you’re sending valuables through the mail.Whether you are sending jewelry, antiques or just expensive clothing, getting insurance provides that security. Insure your package only for what its contents are worth; you’re only covered for the actual value at the time and place of mailing.
We recommend that you insure your purchase, that way no one looses out. If you wish not to purchase your order with insurance, we will gladly ship it out and you will get a tracking number anyway.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept U.S Money Orders, Business or Personal Checks and Credit Cards Payments through Paypal.
To Pay by Credit Card, simply add items to the cart. When finished, go to paypal to checkout and follow the appropriate steps.
To pay with Money Orders and Business or Personal Checks, add items to cart. When finished, got to #3.Review & Payment and print out the order form. Mail the page with your payment with the full amount to:
